Wells Fargo Center Miami to Host Cocktails to Closings


In conjunction  with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce,  Taylor & Mathis of Florida will host Thursday’s (October 25th) Cocktails to Closings at Wells Fargo Center in downtown Miami. The event is part of a series of networking receptions throughout key real estate markets in Greater Miami which showcase premiere commercial properties.

Beautiful New Additions to the Wells Fargo Center Lobby

Have you noticed all of the beautiful additions to the Wells Fargo Center lobby?  Insight Design was tasked with creating  a beautiful and warm space for our tenants and their clients.

The design firm used clean architectural lines to enhance and complement the existing contemporary lobby ambience to create a more user-friendly space.  New seating clusters and landscaping provide scale while natural, organic elements are seen in the mixture of wood and leather organic materials covering the furniture along with the natural wool and silk fibers in the beautiful, custom-designed area rug.

A focal point in the lobby is the art piece from local artist Gavin Perry.  Perry’s work is displayed in major art museums across the country and abroad.  We are proud that Wells Fargo Center is among such storied company. Wells Fargo Center Miami Hosts Broker Lunch

Brokers celebrated leap year with lunch on the 34th floor of Wells Fargo Center. Approximately 50 brokers attended the lunch while enjoying the spectacular water views and chair massages courtesy of the on-site JW Marriott Marquis’ Rik Rak Spa. The event was hosted by Taylor & Mathis of Florida and MetLife.

Taylor & Mathis Selected to Lease & Manage
Wells Fargo Center

MetLife upon taking full ownership of Wells Fargo Center in late 2011, announced the selection of Taylor & Mathis to lease and manage the 615,000 square foot office building. MetLife purchased MDM’s stake in Wells Fargo Center once development was complete. According to MetLife spokesman Chris Breslin, “MetLife plans to hold on to the property for a long time. We are committed to a long-term investment in the development, which is just one of several properties in the MetLife South Florida portfolio.”

Upon assuming the leasing role, Taylor & Mathis has implemented an aggressive marketing campaign focusing on key amenities including the on-site JW Marriott Marquis hotel complete with an entertainment complex, unique dining options and conference facilities.  This message is communicated with the new positioning strategy “Tenancy Has Its Privileges.”
