Cushman and Wakefield is pleased to announce Yani Martinez’s promotion to Property Manager at Wells Fargo Center.
Yani Martinez brings 19 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, including property operations, Accounting, Tenant Relations, and construction.
Yani began her career as a property administrator at the Miami Center. Her commitment to customer service made it very easy for her to relate to both owner’s and tenant’s needs. Yani was quickly promoted to the property accountant role, where she expanded her accounting knowledge and swiftly understood a property’s financial condition to increase an asset’s value.
Yani was recruited to open the Wells Fargo Center. An iconic 750,000 square foot asset in the heart of Miami. She was integral to the commissioning process and heavily assisted in the property’s start-up towards the grand opening in 2010.
Throughout her tenure at Wells Fargo Center, Yani has handled numerous operational roles. She significantly contributed to the preparation and implementation of all of the facility’s policies and procedures. She developed the initial tenant relations program and has received many accolades from existing and previous tenants.
As a result of her ability to serve as a successful liaison between tenants, management, and engineering, she was promoted to real estate analyst and subsequently promoted to the facility’s property manager.
